Software updates are shipped either in an EPROM  with a paper manual, or as an Intel Hex file delivered by E-mail. Updates sent by E-mail have the manual  in PDF format.

For all software updates be certain to include your unit's serial number.  The box to enter this is after the sold to addresss.  It is below the window for a resale certificate.
